Practice

The team practices weekly at Skier's Runway in Harrison, OH from 8am-12pm throughout the summer and after class until dark on Mondays during the fall. Skier's Runway is a private ski lake site and one of our coaches is a promo boat owner. This means that we have the privilege to practice behind a brand new, tournament-grade boat.

Competition

Our competition season is September through October. We go to 2 open tournaments every year, the Southern Ohio Challenge in Harrison, OH and the Fall Fling in Van Wert, OH. Our first qualifying tournament is the Great Lakes Conference Championships in Van Wert, OH. Upon qualifying, we travel to Decatur, IL for Midwest Collegiate Regionals. If we qualify there, which we have for the past 10 years, we travel to an awesome, warm location for Collegiate Nationals! Our tournaments are a ton of fun and give opportunities for both A and B Team skiers!

Have Fun

Our team also organizes a lot of social events throughout the year. We participate in the homecoming parade, travel to a school in the Midwest for Winter Conference, road trip to a ski location for spring break, and so much more. Additionally, we volunteer as a team at the Flying Pig Marathon, Ampuski, and Relay For Life. We're also crazy enough to go out and ski for a day in December for our annual Ski, Freeze, or Die event!
